What's included in my registration fee?
  • Saturday night Awards Banquet
  • Sunday First General Session and Trade Show
  • Monday Second General Session and Educational Breakout Sessions
  • Monday night President's Banquet
Badge is required for entry into all session and banquets!

*Membership is required before registration is completed!

Pre-Conference Professional Development Classes (Friday and Saturday) are not included in the "Full Conference" fee and require additional registration and fees

Persons opting to register for "Classes Only" do not receive a badge and no conference sessions or activities are included.

Non-refundable ticket purchases will be available before the stated deadline.

Outside Activities are available but require a separate registration and fee:
  • Friday golf tournament
  • Friday night bowling tournament (must be 18 or older to register as a bowler or to observe)
  • Saturday morning sporting clay tournament

Sunday night is an OPEN night for you to enjoy Fort Worth or for Vendor Hospitality events (by invitation only).

Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each attendee. Rooms are $199/night (plus taxes and parking) and reservations may be made using the link within the conference registration area.
