2024 Executive Committee Election
TAPT Ex-Officio Patricia Ducote has announced the call for nominations for the 2024-2025 TAPT Executive Committee.
The following Executive Committee positions will be open for nominations:
- President-Elect (requires one year previous executive committee service)
- Secretary (requires one year previous executive committee service)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- Historian
- Parliamentarian
- Area 1 Director (2-year term)
- Area 3 Director (2-year term)
- Business Associate Director (must reside in Texas; 2-year term)

Initial slate of candidates presented to Executive Committee for approval; posting to web will follow
February 19, 2024
Nominations from the floor opens 9:00 am
March 4, 2024
Nominations from the floor closes 11:59 pm
May 13, 2024
Voter credentials emailed to all eligible voters; Early voting begins
June 10, 2024
Early voting ends 11:59 pm
June 23, 2024
Regular election conducted online in conjunction with Conference (election helpdesk available during voting period)
