Hector Silva is the Director of Transportation for College Station ISD. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources. Hector has been in his current position for the last 15 years. Previously, he was the Transportation Director for the Socorro Independent School District for 8 years. He has spent the last 33 years of his life in this wonderful industry; loving every minute of it.
His passions are: faith, family, school bus train-the-trainer, state reporting, budgeting, routing and scheduling, special needs and FMCSA regulations.
Hector is honored to serve the membership of TAPT as President for the 2023-2024 year.
